Why moving, displacing and investing in Czech Republic?
The reason is simple: everything costs half! The tax burden weighing on all kind of enterprise is very low because also the tax rate is low: on the turnover, respectively 15 and 19% for sole proprietorships and limited companies, and 12.5% on personal income.
For those accustomed to operate in Italy or France, these figures may seem out of all senses.
Add to them a very low cost of professionals (accountants, notaries, social security) for the Italian administrator and any employees and the lack of taxes and additional costs beyond those strictly necessary to the company or sole proprietorship.
In relation to the costs, we must mention the energy that in Czech Republic is particularly cheap thanks to the choice of nuclear power to produce energy. Still within entrepreneurial business we have to mention the possibility of working with the same firm / company formed under Czech law in other European countries, including Italy since, specifically, Czech Republic, (which still has its own currency, the Czech koruna CZK) has joined all European treaties, but, limited to the monetary field, still enjoys a certain autonomy. This autonomy in the financial field of Czech Republic absolutely does not affect the principle of free financial activity and of income generation within the union, being this an European vested right and, specifically for Italy, set forth by a bilateral agreement ratified later by the Law no. 303/1983 which in fact includes appropriate measures to avoid double taxation.
What is set forth from the two subjects, Italy and Czech Republic, is in fact a contractual obligation. All this within the path taken by Czech Republic since many years, with the purpose of guaranteeing foreign investors, protecting and promoting foreign interests in the two countries and equally offering a whole range of legal safeguards designed to protect the assets invested from any negative interference of the state, which could lead to loss or substantial damage for the same investors.
Under a purely geographical point of view, Czech Republic enjoys an enviable position within Europe; it is in fact an 8-hour drive from the major cities of northern Italy and borders with interesting countries within the European theatre: Austria, Poland and Germania. In conclusion, we remind you about the absolute confidentiality of transactions at every level, from the banking to the financial one; a confidentiality set forth at a constitutional level.
